1-2-1 Yogatherapy

The science of yoga, mindfulness and physiotherapy combined

Congratulations to the seated yoga class and the mindful yin yoga class, you raised just over £600 in the class charity week 2019. An amazing effort considering the terrible weather! Many thanks for your kindness and generosity. As of yet I am yet to hear of any food poisoning following my very novice mince pies !!! xxx

The Xmas mindful yin yoga class 2018, raised a staggering £246 to divide between the Brain Tumour Charity and Crohn's MAP as well as £152 for helping the homeless (Centrepoint). Thank you soooooooo much.

PS Happy xmas and New Year

Seize The Moment ......Charity workshop for family ,friends and colleagues, who have supported me throughout the year...simply give a donation you feel you can afford to a charity that resonates with you.

Sat 21st July 10.00 - 15.00, St Thomas Church Hall, Lymington.

We all having inspiring ideas that can be as fleeting as melting snow. They come and go , born in the moment, with no time to settle, our internal landscape feels but a shudder, a move to awakening. Then they disappear, lost in a jungle of thoughts and feelings, drowned out by the din of our habitual internal noise.

This one day workshop creates space for these inspiring intuitive moments. A time and space to listen to what truelly makes our heart sing. An opportunity to understand more deeply what path you might follow now and moving into the future.

This still space to listen and learn will arise from a mix of gentle mindful movement, yoga postures, meditation and reflective writing. Click on the photo above to link into the meditations.

What a great day! Thanks to everyone for their donations. Here are some of the charities we raised money for :-

Crohn’s and Colitis UK

Lymington New Forest Hospital for new CT scanner

The Humanimal Trust

Oakhaven Hospice

The Children's Society

Friends of Victoria Education Centre
